Role Overview:
We are looking for a Temptation Producer to join our team for an exciting new fixed rig reality show filming at 3 Mills Studios. The role will focus on developing and executing temptation-based storylines, ensuring dynamic and engaging content that drives character development and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Temptation Design & Execution: Develop creative and impactful temptation moments that challenge contestants and drive compelling narratives.
2. Story Development: Work closely with the editorial team to shape contestant arcs and ensure storylines are engaging.
3. Contestant Management: Monitor participants' reactions to temptations and liaise with welfare teams as needed.
4. Fixed Rig Awareness: Work with the gallery team to anticipate key moments, ensuring temptations land effectively on camera.
5. Liaison with Production & Challenge Teams: Coordinate closely to ensure temptations are logistically feasible and align with the overall series structure.
6. Live Monitoring & Reactivity: Be present in the gallery to track responses and adjust story beats in real-time where necessary.
7. Editorial Integrity: Maintain fairness and transparency in temptation mechanics while maximizing entertainment value.

Key Skills & Experience:

1. Proven experience as a Temptation Producer or similar role on fixed rig reality shows.
2. Strong understanding of reality show storytelling.
3. Ability to react quickly and adapt storylines in a fast-paced environment.
4. Experience working in gallery environments and liaising with directors, story teams, and challenge producers.

Preferred Experience:

1. Previous credits on Tempting Fortune, Big Brother, Love Island, The Traitors, or similar formats.
2. Experience working on high-pressure, high-profile reality TV productions.
3. Knowledge of fixed rig camera setups and working in a multi-camera gallery environment.
