Procurement Manager

A leading housing association is looking for a procurement manager to take responsibility for analysing data and identifying cost saving opportunities within the business and wider supply chain. You will:

• Monitor performance and identify improvements
• Work with senior level stakeholders to help set and deliver internal procurement strategies
• Support the Compliance Manager to continually assess and audit ongoing risks
• Work with internal stakeholders when they are considering procurement options on their projects
• Maintain accurate databases and data systems

Candidate Requirements

Ideally, you will currently be working as a procurement manager who has set and delivered in-house procurement policies or process improvements in your current or past role.

Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at senior manager/director level.

Highly resilient, with gravitas and strength of character to ensure strategies are successfully delivered.

Strong negotiation, supplier management, and communication skills.
