Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the above vacancy at ADV Global Group – Johannesburg.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

The Responsibilities and duties of the Process Specialist include:

  1. Analyse and improve Business Processes and identify areas for improvement.
  2. Develop and implement process solutions to streamline operations, improve efficiencies, and increase productivity.
  3. Plan, document, and analyse specific business processes to ensure compliance with Company and Industry standards.
  4. Ensure efficient processes are developed and implemented related to Contracts, Case Management, Contractor care, and information flow to payroll systems and HR.
  5. Evaluate existing business processes and create flowcharts, manuals, and relevant documentation outlining current practices.
  6. Create overall business process flow by assembling data and studying ways to develop process improvements.
  7. Work closely with Internal departments, specifically the Solutions Department, to gather information and develop internal processes.
  8. Document and update business processes; write step-by-step guides for ease of understanding.
  9. Oversee the implementation of improved processes through collaboration with managers, team members, and other employees.
  10. Consult with external expertise to ensure compliance with all levels and aspects of business operations.
  11. Regularly monitor and analyse business processes through reports and consultations with departments.
  12. Identify and mitigate process risks and issues.
  13. Assist in training employees on procedural changes and oversee staff training on new procedures and policies.
  14. Conduct ongoing analyses to ensure changes are producing desired outcomes.
  15. Regularly update documents, procedures, and policies when improvements are identified.
  16. Provide regulatory process reports to the GM and MD.

KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education: Minimum Grade 12 with preferably Mathematics. ND or Degree in a relevant field of expertise.

Experience: Minimum 2 – 3 years' experience in Business Process analysing, designing, and implementation.

Proven experience as a Process Manager or similar role.

Advanced understanding of process improvement methodologies.

Skills: Managerial and planning skills, ability to lead a cross-functional team, well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, ability to resolve conflict, proven track record of working towards deadlines in a pressurized environment, advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office and process mapping software.
