Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Process Engineer with expertise in design, project costing, and management to join our water treatment business. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven project management capabilities, and a passion for developing innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and optimize water treatment processes using advanced technologies.
2. Estimate project costs, prepare budgets, and conduct financial analysis.
3. Develop detailed project plans, set milestones, and ensure timely completion.
4. Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
6. Utilize CAD and simulation tools for process design and analysis.
7. Communicate technical information clearly to clients and stakeholders.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

1. Degree in Chemical Engineering (BTech, BSc or BEng). Advanced degrees in water treatment or ECSA registration are a distinct advantage.
2. Proven experience in designing and implementing water treatment processes.
3. Strong project management skills, including experience with cost control and resource allocation.
4. Proficiency in CAD and process simulation tools.
5. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
6. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and interact effectively with clients.
7. Leadership qualities with the capability to mentor and develop team members.
