Job Description

To deliver exceptional experience and education to Private Clients/Private Clients RMB clients on basic wealth creation, accumulation, and overall protection tactics to increase vertical sales index (VSI) and drive client retention and entrenchment through using contextual Money Management principles.

1. Contribute to the development of larger overall area budget.
2. Develop the budget for the next financial year for area of responsibility taking all operational plans into consideration.
3. Research and design a longer term financial resource requirement plan for the area of responsibility.
4. Present the business case to motivate for financial resources.
5. Analyse and develop implementation plans against the forecasted financial budget.
6. Develop tactical budget for area of responsibility that minimises expenditure and manage costs.
7. Control the budget for area including the authorisation of expenditures and implementation of financial regulations. Build relationships that allow for the managing of expectations; the sharing of knowledge and diverse insights; and the creation of buy-in.
8. Engage in cross-functional relationships to obtain and provide work support.
9. Contribute to sustaining a competitive edge through external networking, benchmarking and representation on related forums.
10. Apply a customer-centric approach that focuses on creating a positive experience for the customer by maximizing service and/or product offerings and building relationships.
11. Ensure that the customer is at the centre of the business philosophy, operations and ideas.
12. Provide input into, and implement, corporate governance, compliance, integrity and ethics policies in area of accountability to identify and manage risk exposure.
13. Stay abreast of relevant industry risk management best practices and legislative amendments and suggest ways to leverage these to ensure continuous improvement.
14. Create risk awareness and manage audit findings.
15. Participate in Group risk forums where required and cascade relevant information through team.
16. Brainstorm, identify, implement and drive innovative best practice ideas within the organisation to ensure increased efficiencies.
17. Create and participate in specialist communities of practice and represent the organisation at Group and industry level to share best practice insights and solutions.
18. Drive strategic projects, change management and platform integration across operations.
19. Leverage Group capability to exploit opportunities.
20. Ensure and encourage adherence to an operational framework of policies and procedures.
21. Execute defined business strategy by translating it into the business operations.
22. Communicate policy modification, objective achievement progress and critical success factors to impacted stakeholders.
23. Ensure the development and implementation of multiple practices in alignment with operational policy and procedural frameworks.
24. Identify interconnected problems, determine their impact and use to develop best fit alternatives; driving best practice solutions.
25. Be aware of, and responsive to local conditions.
26. Influence the development of appropriate organisational structures, capacity and delivery systems. Identify development needs and select effective solutions to address personal development gaps to facilitate self-improvement.
27. Develop and implement a personal development plan.
28. Demonstrate a commitment to continuous personal improvement as a life-long learner and encourage the same in others.

30. Act as a role model for continuous professional development in area of expertise.
