Print Sales Representative, Germiston R30,-R50, CTC (Depending on experience)
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the multi-faceted print industry (Litho Printing, Corporate Gifting / Printing, Packaging).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Knowledge of different printing materials.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- A valid driver's license and own vehicle.
- Technical knowledge of the printing industry or the intent to learn.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Act as an internal point of contact for Sales Reps and clients, addressing their print needs.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Provide advice on print solutions which include litho, digital, and specialty printing.
- Work with internal teams (Repro, production, dispatch) to ensure seamless execution of print projects.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures.
- Monitor timelines, budgets, and quality control to meet client expectations.
- Book jobs upon quote approvals.
- Create work tickets.
- Check and send proofs to clients timeously, thereafter following up on approvals.
- Keep accurate records on orders received.
- Resolve any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Help develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Maintain a self-motivated, results-driven approach.
