Principal Test Consultant (Tricentis & Performance)

We're looking for a Principal Test Consultant to take the lead in building and expanding our Tricentis testing capability, with a strong focus on performance testing. This role isn't just about leading a team—it's about shaping a growing practice, working hands-on when needed, and driving business impact.

Location: Remote (preferably Cape Town)

What we're looking for:

1. Leadership Experience: Leading a performance testing team while also being hands-on when needed.
2. Performance Testing Expertise: Strong experience with Tricentis NeoLoad or similar tools.
3. Tricentis Expertise: Ideally certified in Tricentis Tosca or willing to get certified.
4. Business & P&L Management: Experience running a business unit with P&L responsibility.
5. Competency Growth: Ability to expand beyond performance testing into a broader Tricentis practice (e.g., SAP, Tosca, NeoLoad, and more).
6. Consulting Experience: Comfortable advising and delivering solutions to clients.
7. Global Reach: Working with both South African and international clients.
