We are a group of innovative, future-focused schools offering top-tier education, and we're looking for a Marketing Professional to drive the marketing operational office, coordinate events, and manage promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Events Coordination:
   Plan and execute Open Days, parent engagement events, and school activations.
   Collaborate with admissions teams to maximize event attendance and impact.
   Ensure seamless event logistics, branding, and execution.
2. Promotional Material & Branding:
   Oversee the design and distribution of flyers, brochures, banners, and digital assets.
   Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all marketing materials.
   Work with external vendors, printers, and creative teams.
3. Social Media & Digital Campaigns:
   Manage and grow social media platforms across all brands.
   Create, schedule, and monitor engaging content (posts, stories, reels, ads).
   Analyse insights and optimise content for better reach and engagement.
4. PR & Advertising:
   Coordinate article publications, press releases, and school success stories.
   Manage street pole advertisements, multimedia ads, and digital placements.
   Develop relationships with media and advertising agencies.
5. Creative & Project Coordination:
   Work with graphic designers and content creators to develop compelling visuals and campaigns.
   Assist in launching new school programmes, campuses, and key marketing initiatives.
   Ensure deadlines are met and projects align with overall marketing strategy.

Who You Are:

1. A marketing professional with a degree in Marketing (essential).
2. Some experience in event coordination, social media, or digital marketing is desirable.
3. Strong project management and multi-tasking skills.
4. A proactive, creative thinker who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
