Location: MUST LIVE IN New Jersey. 100% remote Monday through Friday.

Role: Part-time with the opportunity to transition into full-time based on performance.

Graydient is a digital design company that provides custom design solutions to meet our client's communication needs. Graydient focuses on enhancing brand messaging, simplifying complex information, and creating visuals that captivate audiences, making it easy to connect with them through unique and modern design options.

What you’ll do:

• Utilize in-depth knowledge and experience working with PowerPoint and the Adobe Creative Suite to create highly polished designs (templates, backgrounds, presentations, videos, and other print and digital materials).
• Assess, evaluate, and redesign existing presentations.
• Create visually appealing infographics, charts, diagrams, and graphics to enhance presentations.
• Leverage Adobe Premiere Pro to provide postproduction adjustments to video media.
• Work with data and information to create clear, readable, and visually appealing slides that enable audiences to understand complex ideas.
• Utilize advanced PowerPoint features to animate presentations and interactive PDFs.
• Ensure all work adheres to best practices, style guidelines, and maintains 100% accuracy.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure all deadlines are met.

About you:

• 1-2 years of presentation and graphic design experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Extensive knowledge and experience with latest versions of PowerPoint, including creating slide masters, designing for various output media (projector, digital screen, and/or print), object animations, embedding videos, action buttons, and custom shapes.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere Pro. Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat a plus.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Suite products.
• Understand the importance of brand guidelines and can work within established standards to create visually compelling designs.
• Ability to understand and translate complex scientific information into visually compelling designs.
• Display adaptability and willingness to contribute to various areas as needed.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, working quickly and meet deadlines effectively.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
