We are seeking a Power BI Production Support Analyst specializing in Reporting & Analytics (R&A) to join our client, focusing on business and database analysis rather than development or design. This role is perfect for someone experienced in resolving support tickets, data troubleshooting, and documenting solutions for technical teams to implement.

You will be the primary point of contact for support-related issues, working closely with technical teams to ensure efficient resolution of reporting challenges and enhanced system performance.

Minimum Requirements (Essential Skills):

• 5+ years of experience in support, QA, or business analysis within a Power BI environment.
• Background in data analytics or engineering, with a sound understanding of data lineage and reporting structures.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI, DAX, SQL, SSIS, and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience handling support tickets and documenting resolutions for technical teams.
• Exceptional English communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a remote home office with reliable internet and power backup.
• Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps, T-SQL, and Miro is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Handle and prioritize incoming support tickets related to Power BI reporting and analytics issues.
• Analyze data pipelines, trace data issues, and identify root causes for resolution.
• Communicate effectively with technical teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Identify patterns in recurring issues and suggest long-term solutions for system optimization.
• Track support metrics and assist in developing system health dashboards.
