Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Renewables Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be involved in the growth of the energy team with particular focus on electrical engineering aspects of projects but also business development and project management support of PV, Wind, BESS and mini/micro grid projects. This role involves working on a variety of projects, from small-scale to large power grids.

Key Accountabilities

1. Write technical reports and presentations.
2. Preparation of bids and proposals, within a team, to win work.
3. Use computer-aided software to create blueprints and schematics.
4. Ability to work on several projects with time-sensitive project deliverables simultaneously.
5. Conduct feasibility studies and technical evaluations of project proposals.
6. Be involved in projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and specifications.
7. Coordinate with other engineers and support staff to ensure project success.
8. Project management support to the lead Project Manager for the delivery of lender’s technical advisory, owner’s engineer, independent engineer services, etc., within the renewable sector.
9. Provide technical support during operations and maintenance.
10. Be able to read and interpret SLDs.

Qualifications

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
