Our team of experts is looking for a passionate and driven Team Leader to join the Absolute Pets family at one of our growing stores in Potchefstroom.

If you want to join our team, these are a few of the key areas that you will need to be responsible for as a Team Leader:

Sales Responsibilities

• Achieve store sales and GP targets
• Visual merchandising management

Service Responsibilities

• Showing what World Class service looks like and helping others to provide World Class service

Stock Responsibilities

• Ensuring store is fully stocked and orders placed accordingly
• Executing all admin duties fully and efficiently
• Limiting stock loss and shrinkage to below target levels
• Overseeing and being responsible for all admin functions

Staff Responsibilities

• Management of all staff to ensure they are performing as expected
• Proud brand ambassador: Leading by example
• Having expert knowledge on all products and imparting that knowledge to all staff
• Developing self and team by pursuing personal development and growth using Individual Development Plans (IDP)
• Acting in accordance with the Absolute Pets culture and values
