Joining a highly reputable SRA accredited team, the successful legal assistant will manage a busy workload, handling both completions and post completions procedures from exchange of contracts through to closure.

Responsibilities

• Handling client enquiries
• Opening and archiving files
• Dealing with exchange documents
• Coordinating completions
• Submitting SDLT returns
• Land Registry submissions
• Registrations
• Post completion accounts

The Candidate

• Paralegals or legal assistants with at least a minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential property
• Possesses outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organised, able to meet tight deadlines
• Demonstrates a keen eye for detail
• Strives for high standards in their work
• Is personable with a client-focused approach
• Works well as part of a team as well as on your own initiative
