About the Role:
We are seeking a fluent Portuguese speaker (B1 level or higher) to join a team as a Customer Service Specialist. In this role, you’ll assist customers and ensure their queries are resolved efficiently in a dynamic 24-hour environment.

Requirements:

1. Fluent in Portuguese (B1 level or higher).
2. Located in or willing to relocate to Cape Town.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Hardworking and adaptable to a 24-hour work environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle customer queries and complaints.
2. Provide accurate information and solutions promptly.
