About the role

You will build, implement, and maintain resilient, scalable, cost-effective, and high-performing Cloud developer solutions that will assist Capitec to become the best bank in the world through the application of strong AWS and IaC skills.

• 3 - 5 years’ experience in Infrastructure, Software Development, DevOps, or Security.
• 3 - 5 years design and implementation of highly available, enterprise-scale Cloud infrastructure.
• 2+ years in AWS and experience with CI/CD tools, design, and deploy enterprise-scale Cloud infrastructure.
• Advanced knowledge of infrastructure concepts and technologies (SDLC, IaC).
• Experience with AWS Platforms (Azure or GCP is a plus) and experience in Agile/DevOps environments.
• Strong design and troubleshooting skills on AWS (Azure or GCP is a plus), support and enhance build and release processes through automation.
• Develop and support infrastructure and Cloud capabilities for microservices.
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization technologies (LDAP, Kerberos, AD, OAuth2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML).
• Experience with scripting and provisioning tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
• Understanding of Cloud Security technologies and best practices and understanding of Networking in Cloud environments.
