Platform Engineer

Our Client is seeking a highly technical and automation-focused Platform Engineer to build and enhance clients software development and deployment processes. This role is responsible for automating the SDLC, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, and creating developer-centric tools and frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and software development (particularly in Java and Spring Framework).

As a key member of the team, you will focus on standardizing and automating builds, deployments, and infrastructure management, while also ensuring governance, security compliance, and system reliability. This is a hands-on coding role, requiring expertise in Kubernetes, AWS, Docker, Ansible, and GitLab.

Preferred Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or software engineering.
• Strong cloud-native development experience with AWS.
• Certifications in AWS, Kubernetes, or DevOps are a plus.
• Experience working with observability and monitoring tools is beneficial.
