Picker Packer Team Lead

Accurate picking and packing of orders. Monitor picking duration and accuracy, and picklist traceability. Communicate and investigate stock and picking discrepancies. Loading and off-loading of trucks and containers. Receive stock into warehouse.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
• 3+ years working experience in dispatch or warehouse
• 3+ years digital picking and bin location experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills: Afrikaans and English (written and verbal)
• Technical assembly experience advantageous
• Eligible writing and good numeracy skills
• Prepared to do labor-intensive work
• Able to work independently and within a team
• Valid SA driver’s license and/or reliable transport
• Valid forklift license with experience driving will be advantageous
