This job will start off on a part-time trial basis for approximately 2-4 weeks prior to moving to full-time (40 hrs a week).
This period will involve a lot of training, call reviews, and seeing how your skills are in closing. You'll receive half the full-time compensation.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with Warm Leads to Sign Our Service Agreement: Connect with pre-qualified business owners via phone to understand their needs and offer funding solutions.
- Deliver Consultative Sales: Build trust by educating clients on funding options, overcoming objections, and closing deals.
- Hit Sales Goals: Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets through strong follow-up, persistence, and rapport-building.
- Work North American Hours: Availability to work during North American business hours (evenings in South African time).

What We’re Looking For
- Experienced Salespeople: Minimum of 2 years in phone sales, telesales, or B2B sales.
- Motivated Closers: A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets with a competitive mindset.
- Excellent Communicators: Strong English language skills with a professional and persuasive phone presence.
- Self-Starters: Intrinsically motivated individuals who thrive in commission-driven roles and are passionate about helping clients succeed.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and other digital tools to manage leads and sales pipelines.

- Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Availability to work 8-hour shifts during North American business hours (evenings in South Africa).

Payment Frequency
- Payment on the 1st and the 15th.
