Pest Control Technician (Nelspruit, Mpumalanga)

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Carry out integrated pest management solutions tailored to each clients needs
2. Inspecting buildings and premises for signs of pests or infestation
3. Determining the type of treatment needed to eliminate pests
4. Carrying out treatments in a timely and effective manner;
5. Designing pest management plans
6. Driving vehicles with equipment, maintaining vehicle inventory and managing supplies as needed.
7. Record applicable pest data and write up monthly client reports;
8. Demonstrate excellent communication skills for clients.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Grade 12
2. Registered and valid P Number in Structural Pest Management (any other field will be an added advantage)
3. Minimum of one years experience as a Pest Control Technician/Officer
4. Valid Drivers License with excellent driving experience (this position involved driving for many hours a day).
5. Good computer literacy (particularly in Microsoft Office);
6. Good communication and customer service skills (being professional at all times when interacting with customers); and
7. Physical stamina (being able to spend long hours on your feet, often crouching, kneeling and crawling)
