  • Electrical Trade background
  • 3-5 years of experience in Technical Sales within the Electrical Wholesale environment.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and grow revenue.
  • Excellent customer relationship and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and business acumen.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google applications.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Own transport and valid driver's license.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the electrical wholesale market.
  2. Develop account plans to maximise sales potential with existing and new customers.
  3. Achieve sales targets, negotiate orders, and ensure accurate pricing execution.
  4. Prepare and present technical proposals and product solutions to customers.
  5. Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue.
  1. Customer & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular engagement and service excellence.
  2. Work closely with suppliers, internal teams, and key stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met.
  3. Provide technical sales support, product demonstrations, and training to customers.
  4. Act as a trusted advisor by staying updated on industry trends and power solutions.
  1. Operational & Compliance Performance: Participate in sales forecasting and reporting to track progress toward targets.
  2. Ensure all products and solutions meet customer requirements in terms of scope, cost, and quality.
  3. Adhere to SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) and ISO standards within the business.
  4. Resolve any customer escalations efficiently and professionally.
  1. Training & Development: Continuously develop product knowledge and technical expertise.
  2. Provide training and mentoring to improve the technical skills of sales and support teams.
