ARRCS are actively sourcing a qualified Personal Care Worker to join our Home Care Team on a permanent, full-time basis paying an hourly rate of $35.01 - $36.55 / hour gross base (dependent on prior experience). Based out of our Darwin office and servicing clients within inner and regional Darwin, your role as Personal Care Worker – Home Care will see you travelling to people's homes and providing care and support within the consumers home environment.
Tasks include undertaking cleaning, bed making, personal care including grooming, showering, mobility and assisting with meals.
You may also be required to assist with social support, taking consumers to appointments and shopping. As the ideal candidate, you will bring previous experience in either Aged or Disability care.
You will be comfortable travelling to people's homes to provide this care and able to retain a fully insured and reliable vehicle with full-comprehensive insurance. You will have a caring and understanding approach, whilst also able to understand a consumers care-plan and delegated services provided by their My Aged Care funding.
You will enjoy travelling to people's homes and providing a service with strong customer service attitude and respect.
