Do you have a talent for turning chaos into order, anticipating needs before they arise, and keeping high-level executives’ days running smoothly? What You’ll Be Doing (a.k.a. Your Superpowers in Action)

  1. Master of Schedules – Juggling executive diaries, screening meeting requests, and resolving conflicts before they even happen.
  2. Travel Whisperer – Booking local and international flights, securing visas, and making sure every trip runs smoother than a first-class upgrade.
  3. Gatekeeper Extraordinaire – Managing calls, emails, and queries on behalf of the executives, making sure only the most important matters reach their desk.
  4. Logistics Genius – Ensuring packages, documents, executives’ personal administrative tasks and even executive gifts arrive exactly when and where they should.
  5. Meeting Maestro – Following up on action items like a true professional.
  6. Document Dynamo – Keeping records organised, accessible, and always up to date.
  7. Liaison Legend – Acting as the go-to person between executives, departments, clients, and stakeholders.
  8. Tag Team Partner – Collaborate closely with the MD’s Executive Assistant to ensure a seamless flow of information, coordinated schedules, and a unified approach to supporting the executive team. Together, you’ll be an unstoppable duo, keeping everything running smoothly.

What we are looking for:

  1. A Diploma in Office Administration (NQF Level 6) – because you know your way around an office like a pro.
  2. 5+ years of Executive PA experience – you’ve seen it all and handled it with grace.
  3. A Driver’s License (Code B) – because sometimes the job calls for it.
  4. Impeccable Planning & Organisation Skills – multitasking is second nature to you.
  5. Someone who is proficient in MS Office – you’re the Excel, Word, and PowerPoint wizard.
  6. A Problem-Solving Prowess – no challenge is too big or small for you to handle.
  7. Top-Notch Communication Skills – because clarity is key when dealing with high-level executives.
  8. A master of secrets – You’re like a walking vault, perfectly comfortable handling confidential info and keeping it locked up tighter than your favourite mystery novel plot twist.
