We are seeking a highly organized, proactive and professional Personal Assistant to provide administrative and executive support to the Managing Director. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, discreet, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the managing director's daily schedules, appointments, and meetings.
Handle confidential documents, respond to emails and phone calls.
Arrange travel and accommodations.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents.
Organize and maintain confidential files and records.
Take minutes and follow up action points.
Coordinate projects and operational tasks.
Perform general administrative duties as required.
Requirements & Qualifications
3 years' experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and multitask.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
