Junior Personal Assistant (Hospitality Sector)

An exclusive and high-end restaurant in Johannesburg is seeking a resourceful and detail-driven Junior Personal Assistant to support Senior Management. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the center of hospitality operations, working closely with top-level leadership in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities include :
- Executive Support : Manage the calendars of Senior Management, set meeting reminders, and coordinate logistics for daily operations, appointments, and engagements.
- Administrative Assistance : Draft, proofread, and manage communications, reports, agendas, and internal memos on behalf of Senior Management.
- Event Coordination : Assist in the planning and execution of private events, VIP experiences, and operational meetings, including hands-on support during events.
- Operational Support : Handle day-to-day administrative duties such as inventory tracking, supply orders, staff schedule updates, and acting as a communication liaison between departments and Senior Management.
- Project & Reporting Support : Assist in implementing special projects, compiling reports, tracking operational goals, and supporting ongoing business improvements.
- Confidentiality : Handle sensitive business and personnel information with absolute discretion and professionalism.
Requirements :
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment
- Polished, professional demeanor with a proactive and solutions-driven mindset
- Prior experience in hospitality, administration, or executive support is highly advantageous
- Must be available to work on-site, and weekends if required
- Work alongside senior leadership in a luxury hospitality setting
- Be involved in high-level decision-making support and premium events
- Develop in-demand skills in operations, communication, and executive assistance
