A well-known coffee equipment company is looking for a Warehouse/Stock Controller who will be responsible for overseeing inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock records, and maintaining efficient warehouse operations. This role involves coordinating with various departments to meet operational requirements and implementing best practices in stock management.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

• Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels to meet operational needs while minimizing excess inventory.
• Conduct regular stock counts and audits to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
• Update stock information in the inventory management system promptly and accurately.

Warehouse Operations:

• Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of coffee equipment and related products.
• Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and adheres to safety standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to manage inbound and outbound shipments.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, including receipts, dispatches, and returns.
• Prepare and present inventory reports to management, highlighting key metrics such as stock levels, turnover rates, and reorder points.
• Work closely with the sales and procurement teams to forecast demand and plan inventory accordingly.
• Address and resolve any stock-related issues or discrepancies in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Develop and implement stock control procedures and best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within the warehouse operations.

Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse management, preferably within the coffee equipment or related industry.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in inventory management or logistics are advantageous.
