Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and adherence to standards.
2. Manage scheduling, staff assignments, and shift coverage to maintain optimal efficiency.
3. Monitor and maintain inventory levels, placing orders as needed to prevent shortages or waste.

Customer Service:

1. Ensure an outstanding guest experience by addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.
2. Implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Staff Supervision and Training:

1. Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
2. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
3. Develop and implement training programs to maintain high service standards.

Financial Management:

1. Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize profitability through cost controls.
2. Analyze sales reports and develop strategies to improve revenue and customer retention.
3. Ensure accurate cash handling, reconciliation, and reporting.

Compliance and Safety:

1. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
2. Maintain all licenses and permits required for the operation of the restaurant.
3. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.

Marketing and Promotions:

1. Collaborate on promotional strategies to attract new customers and retain regular patrons.
2. Monitor online reviews and social media platforms, responding to feedback as appropriate.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
2. Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including front and back of house.
3. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to handle pressure and resolve conflicts effectively.
5. Knowledge of financial management, including budgeting and cost control.
6. Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
