We are seeking a dedicated Fan Tester for a supervisory position specialising in the testing of mine ventilation fans. This role is specialised, and full onsite training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Test mine ventilation fans to company standards.
• Align motors and ensure proper functionality.
• Identify and address issues such as loose components on shafts.
• Listen for and diagnose issues with bearings.
• Fit and check electrical motors.
• Organize and plan workflow based on daily work sheets.
• Utilize basic computer skills to support tasks.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve goals.
• Sound knowledge of basic electrical motor operations.
• Skilled in using tools effectively.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Physically fit and healthy.

Advantageous Skills & Experience

• Experience in ventilation fan manufacturing and repairs.
