Role Headline
The successful incumbent will be responsible for managing the Business Service operations team based in South Africa and responsible for five customers in the region. Responsible for 5 Sub-Saharan and overseeing the daily operational activities of the assigned team, plans and manages workload by assigning staff to tasks to meet requirements in terms of efficiency, quality, compliance and customer and user satisfaction while actively supporting the implementation of the H2R (Hire to Retire) transformation.
