Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management / Industrial Psychology / Organisational Psychology
2 to 4 years Human Resources experience, preferably in retail / FMCG
Must have a valid SA drivers license and own vehicle
Experience in working with HR information systems
MS office proficiency to intermediate level (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
Experience in representation at the CCMA to arbitration level
Extensive and working knowledge of South African labour legislation (BCEA, NMWA, Retail Sectoral Determination, LRA, EEA, OHSA)
