Our client is looking for a Payroll Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in payroll management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the entire payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Calculate employee salaries, wages, bonuses, and deductions accurately.
Ensure timely processing of payroll, including regular and off-cycle payroll runs.
Maintain payroll records and ensure they are up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements.
Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee queries related to payroll.
Prepare and submit payroll tax reports and filings.
Manage year-end processes, including issuing W-2s and other tax forms.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure alignment on payroll-related matters.
Implement and maintain payroll systems and software.
Provide reports and analysis on payroll data to management.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management.
Payroll certification (e.g., CPP, FPC) is preferred.
