Financial Administrator (Debtors and Payroll)

To drive business growth and operational efficiency by managing sales, production, logistics, and finances, while ensuring compliance, customer satisfaction, and team performance.

Required Qualifications :

• Matric + relevant tertiary education
• 10+ years experience in Logistics, Sales, KAM, or Production
• Experience with ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 compliance
• Industry experience in automotive, engineering, or commercial seating

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee sales, assembly, and distribution operations to achieve business targets.
• Drive financial performance, manage budgets, and ensure cost efficiency.
• Ensure on-time delivery and excellent customer service.
• Manage production planning, logistics, and inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality and safety standards.
• Lead, mentor, and manage staff to drive high performance.
• Optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Maintain asset security and manage vehicle fleet compliance.
