Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex payroll processes for daily, weekly, and monthly wages/salaries across multiple accounts.
- Ensure payroll accuracy and prevent errors, particularly for employees with similar names or details.
- Keep payroll systems up to date to maintain smooth operations.
- Resolve a backlog and get the company’s payroll and SARS compliance fully up to date.
- Handle tax submissions and compliance with precision—tax experience is essential.
- Collaborate with challenging personalities in a high-pressure environment while maintaining professionalism.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in payroll and finance, especially within the labour broking industry (highly advantageous).
- Attention to detail and an uncompromising approach to accuracy.
