This position is responsible for the administration of all personnel data in the payroll system and the preparation of payrolls. Your role will include processing payroll-related taxes to ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and contractual client obligations.
POSITION INFO:
A minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in Administration and Payroll.
Experience with employee relations and Performance Management Systems.
Diploma in Business Administration (ideally with a focus on Human Resources) or an equivalent qualification.
Prepare payroll, including calculating hours worked and benefit deductions from timesheets and other records.
Transmit payroll data to systems and issue payment files.
Record changes affecting net wages, such as exemptions and tax directives.
Prepare detailed reports of earnings, taxes, and deductions.
Ensure changes registered in Operational systems are accurately reflected in finance systems, such as new hires and terminations.
Update payment instruments and manage Compensation Benefits tasks.
Ensure time, expenses, and benefits are accurately captured.
Ensure all payroll tax data is compliant with regulations and legislation.
Resolve payroll tax-related issues efficiently.
Ensure timely completion of all tax payments, filings, and reconciliations.
