RedCat Recruitment is seeking an experienced PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR for a well-established company – position based in the outskirts of Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal.

JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12 / NQF level 4.
Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
Working knowledge of Sage Business Cloud Payroll Professional.
A stable person with a pleasant but strong personality.
A meticulous and disciplined person able to prioritize tasks and work methodically.
A confident and committed extrovert with good self-esteem, able to handle challenging parties and situations.
5+ years of previous working experience in payroll.
Experience with handling a large, complex payroll is ESSENTIAL.
Responsible for the entire payroll function from collecting hours from various depots to IRP5 submissions.
Ensure all depots' facial recognition machines are in working condition.
All administration duties regarding staff - including notes and files.
Keeping up to date with statutory labour releases and laws.
Managing and reporting staff productivity.
Managing leave schedules per depot and issuing leave reminders.
Working experience in the logistics (car carrier) industry is an added advantage.
Salary package offered: R10,000 – R15,000 per month.
