Job description
The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for overseeing payroll activities, including time and attendance management and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of payroll systems and processes, with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency. You will work closely with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the payroll process, including time and attendance tracking, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Facilitate payroll processing, including calculating wages, deductions, and bonuses.
Ensure timely and accurate payroll submissions, addressing any discrepancies or issues that arise.
Maintain employee records related to payroll and timekeeping, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
Assist in the preparation of payroll reports and analysis for management review.
Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance and implement best practices.
Minimum Requirements:
A minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in payroll administration, specifically in time and attendance systems.
Strong understanding of payroll processing and relevant legislation.
Proficiency in payroll software and systems, with excellent numerical and analytical skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with teams across the organization.
