Senior Payroll Administrator at TAH Animal Hospital

TAH (The Animal Hospital & Vetshop) Support Office is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their fantastic support team.

TAH is an expanding, employee-focused network of veterinary practices dedicated to fostering motivated teams who ensure satisfied clients and healthy pets. The Payroll Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth administration of employee compensation and benefits, directly contributing to staff satisfaction and the organization's overall operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

1. Assist with preparation and processing of the monthly payroll.
2. Coordinate benefits administration accurately according to deadlines.
3. Coordinate legislative compliance.
4. Provide employee support.

Requirements and Skills

1. Grade 12 and Certificate or Diploma in Payroll Administration.
2. 2-3 years' experience in payroll administration with an understanding of payroll processing.
3. Computer literate (Excel NB), knowledge of HR/Payroll policies, payroll software and systems (Payspace), record keeping, leave administration, payroll processing, benefits administration, HR compliance (EE, SARS, WCA, WSP).
