POSITION INFO :
Minimum Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Sciences or similar qualification.
SANC registration.
Private Hospital experience is essential.
CPD and ICD coding experience.
Minimum of 3 years experience in role or similar.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to :
Supervise, train, and support patient services staff to ensure a motivated and high-performing team.
Address and resolve patient concerns and complaints, ensuring a positive and responsive service experience.
Oversee daily operations including patient intake, scheduling, and billing, while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
Track and analyse patient feedback and service metrics to drive improvements and report findings to management.
