Patient Services Manager

POSITION INFO :

Minimum Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Sciences or similar qualification.
• SANC registration.
• Private Hospital experience is essential.
• CPD and ICD coding experience.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in role or similar.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to :

• Supervise, train, and support patient services staff to ensure a motivated and high-performing team.
• Address and resolve patient concerns and complaints, ensuring a positive and responsive service experience.
• Oversee daily operations including patient intake, scheduling, and billing, while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Track and analyse patient feedback and service metrics to drive improvements and report findings to management.
