This role will report to the Regional Manager Inland Team and will act as a support to the Business Consultants who focus on the Wealth sector.

As a Partnerships Consultant, you will have a focus on servicing our Partners to an exceptionally high standard.

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented support specialist to provide administrative and operational support to the Distribution Team.

This role will play an integral part in streamlining our ability to service clients whilst the Business Consultants focus on driving revenue and achieving targets.

Your contribution will help to foster strong relationships with partners and enhance the overall efficiency of the sales team.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  1. Operations:
    1. Support the Business Consultants with Partner queries relating to processes, or the status of their clients' transactions.
    2. Assist with the Partner month-end administration.
    3. Keep CRM up to date by:
      1. Updating notes accurately on interactions with Partners.
      2. Maintaining and proactively updating contact information.
      3. Performing ongoing remediations to ensure data integrity.
      4. Logging meetings held with Partners and notes regarding what was discussed in the meetings.
    4. Assist with partner event planning and marketing material for BC meetings or events.
    5. Build a comprehensive knowledge of FX sales, systems, and processes.
  2. Client Relationship Management:
    1. Regularly visit our partners for training, process updates, and relationship management.
    2. Proactively set up meetings with partners as per the quarterly requirements.
    3. Attend meetings with Business Consultants to build good relationships with key partners.
    4. Maintain a good working relationship with support teams across the business to ensure that the client is offered the best possible service.
    5. Assist with booking meetings with existing Partners where Business Consultants need to attend a meeting with the Partnerships Consultant.
    6. Training and follow-ups to ensure that all Partners are making use of all our value-added services and products.

  9. Bilingual in English and Afrikaans would be advantageous.

Qualifications:

  1. A relevant business qualification would be helpful.
  2. FAIS compliant qualification, or willing to work towards obtaining FAIS compliance.

Experience:

  1. Sales experience in the Wealth industry would be advantageous.
  2. An understanding of the Wealth and Asset Management industry would be advantageous.
  3. Entrepreneurial experience would be advantageous.
