Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Partner Success Manager located in the City of Cape Town. The Partner Success Manager will manage partner relationships, develop strategic partnerships, and provide support for partner account management. Responsibilities include analyzing partner needs, facilitating effective communication between partners and internal teams, and ensuring the success and satisfaction of partners.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to understand and respond to partner needs
• Proven experience in Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships
• Excellent Account Management and Communication skills
• Ability to develop and maintain strategic relationships
• Relevant industry experience is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
