We’re looking for amazing one-to-one tutors - in both English and Afrikaans language mediums - for our online tutoring platform.

4-12 / 4 - A Levels

Requirements

1. Either a qualified teacher or currently studying towards a qualified degree in relevant tutor subjects.
2. Excellent level of empathy with students understanding their necessary requirements.
3. Availability for at least 20-hour sessions per month.
4. Contactable references.
5. Professional and flexible, meeting all contractual computer/internet requirements.

Computer Specifications

1. Processor: Intel Core i5 CPU 2.0+GHz or greater
2. Memory: 8GB RAM or greater
3. An HD (720p) web camera and microphone
4. Noise-cancelling headset highly recommended.

Internet And Additional Requirements

1. Sufficient data per month
2. Stable internet connection - Advanced LTE / Fibre: A minimum of 10 Mbps upload and download speeds.
3. Tidy, well-lit, and quiet teaching environment.

For the mini demo lesson, teach a basic concept to a student. Please make use of a digital whiteboard as you would with a student in a one-on-one tutor session.
