Are you a talented event or sports photographer or videographer looking for an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills at a world-class international golf event?

We’re looking for a photographer to join us at the 2025 International Pairs World Final, held at the iconic Sun City Resort.

Event Dates & Scope of Work

Working Dates:

️ 6 – 9 October 2025 (4 days only)

Location: Sun City, South Africa

Transport to and from Sun City is at your own cost

What’s Included:

️ Accommodation included at Sun City Resort. (4 nights)

Itinerary & Coverage Breakdown

6 Oct (Sunday)

• Arrival & Welcome Cocktail Function (7:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
• Capture arrival moments, social interactions, branding, group photos

7 Oct (Monday)

• Morning Practice Round Coverage (8:00 AM – 1:00 PM)
• Evening Flag Ceremony & Function (6:00 PM – 10:00 PM)

8 Oct (Tuesday)

• Official Round 1 – On-Course Photography (8:00 AM – 2:00 PM)
• Free evening

9 Oct (Wednesday)

• Official Round 2 – On-Course Photography (8:00 AM – 2:00 PM)
• Final Prize Giving Gala (7:00 PM – 10:00 PM)

10 Oct (Thursday)

• Departure – No photography required

Deliverables

Photos:

• 120–160 edited photos per evening function
• 200–250 edited on-course photos per day
• 10–20 same-day photos for social media during golf & 10–20 from evening functions (to be delivered that night or early the next morning)

Delivery via Google Drive / WeTransfer or similar.

Who Can Apply?

• Freelance photographers
• Photography teams/companies
• Must have your own equipment and editing software
• Experience with sporting events, golf, or corporate functions preferred
