An exciting opportunity at Faithful to Nature has become available for an experienced Casual/Part-Timer Sales Consultant at our new store in Somerset West.

Responsibilities

1. Maximizing sales and ensuring the effective operation of all store activities.
2. Meeting the highest standards of customer service excellence as per company guidelines.
3. Providing customers with current product knowledge and up to date relevant information.
4. Adhering to all company and store policies and practices.
5. Ensuring the successful operation of the store by closely following directives as instructed by Store Management.
6. Meeting set store sales targets.
7. Maintaining a professional attitude and attire at all times.
8. Building and motivating staff members, ensuring enthusiastic liaising between customers and staff.
9. Respecting fellow colleagues and considering their ideas and input, leading to teamwork that renders passionate and extraordinary customer service.
10. Upholding Company’s name and standards at all times.
11. Assisting with opening and closing procedures as required.
12. Assisting with store launches, sales, and stock takes in store when necessary.
13. Adhere to the Non-negotiable standards.
14. Assist with Opening & Closing of the physical store done every day.

Job Specifications

1. Educational Requirements
2. Nutritional and Health background.
3. A Secondary School Diploma or Equivalent.
4. +- 2 Years Experience beneficial.
5. No previous sales experience is required as on-the-job training is provided.

3. Ability to move or handle delicate merchandise and climb ladders when required.
4. Ability to work varied hours/days as required in a retail environment.
