We Are Looking For:

• A passionate individual available immediately who loves books and is excited about sales, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Someone fluent in both English and Afrikaans with a matric qualification and retail experience.
• A flexible team member who can commit to 100 hours (11-12 shifts) per month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and customer service
• Merchandising and book categorization
• Maintaining store housekeeping and security
• Operating the Papyrus point-of-sale system
