Duties and Responsibilities

• Knowledge in one or all the aforementioned areas, as well as the ability to communicate with clients, write effectively, and manage & resolve customer queries
• Self-starter personality and the ability to manage oneself
• Correspond with clients and prepare quotes
• Service clients in terms of queries, keeping customers up to date and managing new business
• Changing of beneficiaries and switch forms
• Looking for new business opportunities from the current client base
