Job Description
- Compliance checks, filing and submission.
- Must be able to work with @Work, Microsoft Suite, Astute, Signing Hub.
- New business processing and application preparation.
- Client information/onboarding and in-house servicing.
- Taking full responsibility for all outstanding business and following up daily.
- Liaising with clients and ensuring the consultant's diary is up to date with sufficient travel time allocated.
- Preparing portfolios and ensuring accuracy using the Astute download.
- Preparation of buy and sell agreements, quotations, documentation, and assistance with presentations.
- Attending meetings with the consultant.
- Reviewing client files and preparing annual reviews.
- Assisting the consultant with all administrative issues.
- Helping consultants implement new wills and service existing wills.
- Assisting the consultant with onboarding new clients both digitally and with paperwork.
- Attending to all new business and servicing cases.
Must be reliable, tolerant, and determined. Must have Matric; any other NQF qualification will be a bonus.
Salary: Negotiable dependent on experience and work ethic. R15000 - R20000 monthly. Consultant prefers a non-smoker. Must have own car and a driver's license.
