• Administer and manage quotations and orders for the service team.
• Create and process invoices.
• Enter data into computer systems to generate invoices.
• Send out invoices to clients.
• Track payments and follow up on overdue invoices.
• Maintain organized records of invoices, payments, and receipts.

Qualifications

• Mechanical or HVAC qualification.

Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in quotations.
