Role Overview : Our client is a midsized digital marketing agency in the Hyde Park area. They are seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Paid Campaign Manager to lead and optimise social media advertising efforts. In this role, you will develop data-driven strategies, manage end-to-end paid social campaigns, and provide clients with actionable insights and recommendations. You will ensure the seamless execution of campaigns across platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, and others with a strong focus on achieving performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute paid social media strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Create and manage paid campaigns across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Analyse campaign performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Deliver detailed reports and updates to clients on key performance metrics (ROAS, CPC, CTR, conversions).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with creative content and audience targeting strategies.
  • Stay informed about social media trends, algorithm changes, and new ad formats.

Required Skills :

  • 4 years of experience managing paid social media campaigns.
  • Must have media buying experience.
  • Proven record of developing and optimising successful paid social strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and recommendations.
  • Proficiency with campaign management tools including Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and remarketing strategies.
  • High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in reporting and campaign execution.
