Packing house and quality Manager

• Shipping operation and receiving products, inventory control, compliance and safety. Safeguarding the warehouse, controlling inventory levels, conducting physical counts, and reconciling with the data storage system.
• Monitor organic products quality and implement quality control standards, organic products grading, and storage filling operations during the fall harvest season.
• Analyze storage control data and make decisions to maximize crop quantity and quality.

Job Skills:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree with specialization in agronomy or chemistry, a scientific discipline or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years’ experience managing storage, warehouse programs, logistics, distribution, crops storage, and quality.
• Preferred experience in Global Gapp, HACCP, ISO Certification.
• Strong leadership skills are essential.
