Relevant Diploma in Microbiology, Food Technology, B Tech Chemical Engineering, Instrumentation, or studying towards a relevant packaging qualification.
Relevant knowledge of Quality, Food Safety, and Safety systems.
3+ years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Supervision of packaging staff and plant, including utilities.
Monitoring production schedule to ensure weekly production targets are achieved.
Promoting team interaction to assist with problem-solving across all processes.
Lab interaction for product analysis, results, and product allocation.
