Packaging Development Manager

I have some clients in the Food Industry who are looking for Packaging Development Managers. One position is in the Durban region and two are in Gauteng.

Looking for someone with at least 10 years experience working for a Food Manufacturer doing packaging development. You will be leading a team responsible for:

1. Optimising existing packaging
2. Involvement in new packaging ideas and product launches
3. Conducting production trials for new launches and line extensions

Seeking someone who understands the structure of packaging, pallet configuration, and who is innovative. Will oversee the following:

1. Development & Design
2. Innovation
3. Optimisation
4. Compliance
5. Technical support
6. Troubleshooting

We are looking for a systematic and methodical person with existing relationships with Packaging Manufacturers.

Qualifications: A relevant tertiary qualification AND an IPSA Packaging Diploma

Package: R840k per annum plus benefits
